It provides reliable, on-the-spot support for individuals with mild to profound hearing loss during check-ins, clinical assessments, customer interactions, or other moments when clear communication is essential.
Using advanced noise reduction and up to 135 dB amplification, Maxi Pro enhances speech in busy or acoustically challenging settings such as hospitals, clinics, reception desks, classrooms, and public service counters. Staff can hand it out in seconds, with no pairing, apps, or training required.
Maxi Pro also connects to smartphones, tablets, and TVs via Bluetooth, supporting communication during inpatient stays or extended care. It includes on-ear headphones and discreet in-ear earbuds, and it is compatible with hearing aids through the optional neck loop (BE9159).
